Shipping and Transportation Information

If the recipient is not at the address at the time of delivery, your order will be left to the neighbor, security guard, apartment attendant or colleagues, if any. If your recipient cannot be reached for deliveries to government offices, hospitals or workplaces, your delivery can be delivered to a colleague, reception, correspondence or security by specifying your recipient.

If a neighbor, security guard, apartment worker or colleague does not want to receive the order, the orderer is informed and the order is brought back to the center. Orders that are not received from our headquarters or redirected to a different or the same address are destroyed with a report.

If the product is not accepted by the buyer, the sender is notified. Orders that are not picked up from our center or redirected to a different or the same address will be destroyed.

If your buyer is at the delivery address but cannot come to pick up the order, the product in question will be delivered to the officer, reception or colleague. If it is not accepted by the relevant parties at the address, the orderer is informed. You wait at the delivery address for 15 minutes and your order is brought back to our center.

In shipments via courier to regions where we do not deliver, the balloons you order as additional products are sent without being inflated.

Deliveries made on special occasions such as New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Teachers' Day are also delivered within the day, without any time intervals.

Your manufactured order will be delivered within an average of 3-4 hours, depending on the direction of delivery. Products to be delivered via cargo are delivered within 24-48 hours. The processes of shipments by private vehicles are specifically informed.
